Hey everyone! Welcome to BITS and your path to success. I've been in the Information Technology field for a couple decades now. Over the past years I have taught numerous higher education courses, certification courses and over the shoulder training. Throughout those years I have obtained about 2 dozen professional certifications and taught thousands of students from the US military, security organizations and those beginner University students trying to get into the field.
I wanted to start this site for student struggling with those topics that might be holding them back from a promising career in IT. We will get you started on the right foot with solid foundational knowledge to propel you to more difficult, but promising, topics.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my coaching?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us and we will discuss to fix the issue. We understand things happen and we don't get along with everyone, so we can talk it out like adults and come up with a solution.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll be taken to your first milestone. Click on the calendar icon to schedule your appointment. It will present you with 1:1 Coaching with a blue circle. Select Coaching and then your time from the available times listed - all done!
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
Do you promise students will pass the exam?
Nope, we can't control what you do or how you perform when exam time comes, but we do promise to go above and beyond to help you succeed. As the saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink."
